The Ki2 rear derailleur eliminates the mechanical process of pulling cable through a housing with precise microprocessor-controlled electronics. The result is fast, accurate shifting, even with a 36T cog. The optimised rear derailleur cage keeps your drivetrain running smooth and quiet, regardless of the terrain. For MTB use you will need the matching Ki2 MTB shifters, Shimano Di2 front mech and XTR 2 x 10 componentry. Compatible with standard Road Di2 shifters, so it is suitable also for road/tandem/touring usage. This version accomodates up to 36t sprocket at the rear, compared to 27t on standard Di2 model. Ki2 consists of precision machined components that have been engineered to seamlessly integrate with Shimano Di2. All manufacturing is performed at their facilities in Boise, Idaho USA.
